Back on March 5th I placed a carryout order (24 wings, large pepperoni, med Bianca) and was told the order would take 20 minutes. It had snowed a lot that day so 20 minutes was a good time. After driving over to pick up my order, I was told my wait would now be 20 minutes thus turning my order time to 40 min. Again, not too bad considering the 6+ inches of snow. A few minutes later, I was told that my Bianca pizza was accidentally sent away for delivery to another customer. The cashier comped my order by giving me a 2 liter of soda and said that my next Bianca pizza will be free. All I would need to do is provide my phone number when I place my next order. I tried to do this today; however, the person that answered the phone said there was "nothing in the computer" to indicate I was eligible for a "free" pizza. I explained my story and he still did not budge. All he would say is that it was "not in the computer." I told him that they lost a valued customer. This is really unfortunate as I would prefer to frequent a local establishment over a chain restaurant. — Craw

I had heard good things and thought we would try it. Ordered 2 italian dinners, spaghetti and fettuchini for take out. Came in foil pie tray with cardboard lids. got home and discovered both very watery. They must make them and freeze, then rebake when ordered. I've ordered from 3.14 Pizza a lot and have always had good pizza and wings however today was the first time I've been let down. I was watching Diner's, Drive-In's and Dive's on The Food Network and got the munchies for a roast beef sub that was being the shown on the particular episode from a deli in NYC. I ended up ordering a roast beef sub from 3.14 and what I got was a very large sub roll that tasted like a lot of bread, lettuce, mayo, cheese and a hint of over cooked roast beef (and dry nonetheless). Quite possibly the worst roast beef sub I've ever had. As a loyal customer, I will return to 3.14 but I'll stay away from this sub as it is not a staple on their menu. — Anonymous Reviewer

I love the pizza deal here. 12 wings, 2 liter, and a large 2 topping for 17 dollars or so. I have always gotten the chicken with extra cheese, which is fantastic. Moreover, they have quite a large delivery area. I used to live in Preston Place and they delivered to me. One of the things I miss about moving to Stephens City is not being able to get their pizza like I used to. My girlfriend treated me to a pie from 3 14 last night. The pizza was excellent! The crust is the perfect blend of chewy and crunchy with fresh, tasty toppings. The price was very reasonable and the service was quick and friendly. We will be back. — Anonymous Reviewer

I used to order from this place all the time . . . until I witnessed the owner completely berate an employee in front of everyone in the place . . . will never give the guy another dime of my money.
