Me and my family ate there this evening for dinner our food came out and my wife's steak of course like always with outback was over cooked so we sent it back my daughters mac and cheese was cold also. I waited to eat my pork chop for my wife's to come back out because that's why we was there to eat together. When the bill came the manager charged me for two of them then deducted one of them an didn't even give 10 percent off granted I didn't expected for free but at least something . Well we use to eat there a lot whether it was to go or at the restaurant but I would drive to Martinsburg first because I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT OUTBACK! — Anonymous Reviewer

My family and I ate there last night. The service was outstanding, but the Bloomin' Onion was very small (much smaller than I've had at multiple other Outback restaurants) and soggy, as though it had been sitting in hot grease for a while after it was made. — Anonymous Reviewer

Just not as good as it used to be. We've gone twice in the past year and it not the same place. Used to be one of our favorites, but the steak is not as tender and just more bland. We're not going back. Texas Roadhouse may be louder, but at least it's good. — Anonymous Reviewer

I went the other day and ordered a medium fillet. When I received it, I asked the waitress what kind of cut was this and she said fillet. I told her I thought a fillet was supposed to be much taller (it was the width of a regular cut of meat) and she said the smaller size was usually higher. WHAT!! And it wasn't at all juicy and had some grizzle. The sides are good, but when you spend over $20 for a steak, that should be the highlight of the dinner. This wasn't. I think I've paid my last visit to Outback. Did someone else take over what used to be a good restaurant? — Anonymous Reviewer

We had dinner here last weekend, and were pleasantly surprised. No wait (we were there early), service was great, food was very good. I had the new pork loin entree, and hubby had a rib eye. Both dishes cooked to perfection. No complaints, mate. — Anonymous Reviewer

This is the 3rd time curbside service failed us. I let the first two go, but enough is enough. I ordered for 2, prime rib and sides. I also ordered side salads and an extra potato for another family member. I paid about $34.00 and tipped the curbside delivery girl $5.00 Guess what. I get home, and I was shorted ALL my sides to my prime rib. Having let Outback keep my money from the 2 previous times they shorted me, NOT this time. I packaged it up and went back. I told the manager, and they tried to replace it. 3 strikes. Nope, I just wanted my money back and said I will NEVER return. He kept saying it was his computer software that was at fault. Really? I do not care. As far as I am concerned, this Winchester Outback has robbed me of 20.00 or more from not going back before. Always a shortage. Never anything extra. Imagine that. EAT inside. It is always good. As far as curbside, well it cost them this family and friends. FIX your problems and stop shorting people and give them what they pay for! — Anonymous Reviewer

Used to love Outback. Won't ever go again. Not the same food or service. As if owned by new entity. Smallest shrimp and cheap cut meat passed off as a 'filet'. Even the salad is not the same. Chintzy cheap cheap food for the price. Only the blooming onion is unchanged. Disappointing. Not worth going. — Anonymous Reviewer

Used to be my favorite resturant, but will never go there again. The new prime rib rub is so salty you can't eat it. The Bloomin Onion was under cooked and not even cut thru so it couldn't be pulled apart. The change to their chopped salad has made it an unpleasant salad to eat. Overall worst food I have ever had. — Anonymous Reviewer

Went on Tuesday night and had a great meal! Service was wonderful, our steaks were perfect and everything else was good. Definately sticking to going to places like this on weeknights when they're not overcrowded-service and food is so much better. Was very happy with meal. — Anonymous Reviewer
