Surprise Gem! I had a stigma about going over by the old Wards Plaza to eat, but you have to get over it and check this place out. The Pho was fresh and wonderfully flavored with seemingly newly picked herbs and vegetables. A taste that you normally have to travel 60 miles to the east to find. They also have takeaway if you want to skip the sparse ambiance.
Enjoyed dinner this evening with my daughter. The restaurant is new and I have been looking forward to another Pho source in town. It features a relatively small menu, in contrast to the buffet-style restaurants which preceded it in the Ward Plaza space, and there were few diners at our early hour. Pho was excellent, egg rolls good. Pleasant staff were welcoming and we will return soon. I hope they find their spot and do well in Winchester's food scene.
Menu is fairly basic . . . I was excited to see a Vietnamese restaurant in town as the Asian influence is pretty minimal locally. Sadly no banh mi but pho was actually pretty good. Waitstaff is pretty inexperienced but friendly. I hope they continue to grow a bit and maybe expand their menu.
