I have to agree with the last comment. Sheetz is getting a reputation for being very slow, not just here, but in Winchester in general. They need to have people just working the food, just working the registers, and in peak times, have someone just working the coffee. It's really irritating when there is a 20 person line and one of the cashiers, (sometimes two) are changing the coffee pot. Just saying...
Sheetz is Sheetz. I really don't expect much in the way of customer service here. They are always friendly etc but it is what it is.
That being said, WHY is there always a line wrapped around the interior of the place?? One cashier and three people on the MTO station and always someone floating around refilling the coffee condiments. Meanwhile we all stand and wait like the second coming.
Why not hire more people for the peak hours?? I just don't get it.
