Stopped in here over Apple Blossom to try since I could not find the Island Delight stand downtown, and I have to say that I was disappointed. The Jerk Chicken that I ordered had a piece that was burnt and the sauce tasted like it came straight from a bottle. Cabbage was not very good and it was of no comparison to Island Delight. Food was ok, but I will definitely be going to Island Delight for my Jamaican cuisine. — Anonymous Reviewer

Hmm, I had a different experience than the posters it seems. I thought that the jerk chicken was sort of plain, that the bread they used for the sandwiches was garbage, and that the plantains were tasteless. Kind of like the music that day. And too loud. The employee, after asking us how the food was, kept insisting that we come back. Thought that was strange. I've had much better jamaican, over the mountain unfortunately. — Anonymous Reviewer

I was walking by Tropical cafe and this amazing aroma drew me in. It was jerk chicken. Not only was it so delicious, it was a $5 lunch special. They also sell Jamaican ice cream which was the perfect ending. I will be back again! — Anonymous Reviewer
