Love this place! It's cheap, food is good, staff is friendly. Can't beat it!

I cannot rate the food since I walked out prior. The restaraunt was less than clean and not exactly appealing. I will continue to travel the extra miles to Inwood for Viva Mexico!!!

I first went to El Ranchero about 2 years ago when I moved to Winchester. It was a Mexican restaurant so i decided to go in an give it a try. I have tried some of the other Mexican restaurants but always go back to El Ranchero. The food and service is great and I have never had a bad experience. I always leave full and I recommend them to everyone.

Best Mexican restaurant in all of Winchester. Great service and great food. Beer selection is good. Traditional dishes far more authentic than competitors. The salsa served with chips is the best. Pico de gallo and ranchero salsa served with tacos is always fantastic.

By far the best Mexican in town. Portions are great, and the prices are good. Best selection and best cheese dip. Service has always been great.

Salsa is flavorful. Prices are very reasonable for the portions they serve. I go there often and have never been disappointed. The service is prompt. The decor is not great but food makes up for it.

Unbelievable! Generous portions and everything I've tried has been delicious. Cheese dip here is alot better than the cheese dip at Camino Real. Can't go wrong at El Ranchero.

I am pretty particular about mexican foods and this is the only mexican restaurant I will go to in Winchester. Very good homemade salsa and burrito/enchilada sauce. Highly recommended
