I was really disappointed when I visited, I have had the pleasure of enjoying some of their fare at meetings and took my kids there for lunch, the service was awful, maybe a bad day but WOW! And this was really surprising. The luch was lukewarm and not really what I expected but the cold service was the topper. Wont be going back.

The food is excellent! Garden salad was fresh and tasty, with lots of toppings. Potato soup is one of my favorites. I had white chocolate strawberry for dessert and it was spectacular.
My only complaint is the service. Unfortunately slow and not attentive enough. Food is 5 star but service is lacking.

The food is FABULOUS!!! yes, it seems expensive, but you get the lunch special for what around $9-10 u get plenty of food to fill u up! including the drink!! I give them a 4 only because i have had a couple times when calling in an order over the phone to p/u since they dont deliver where i work....they can be rude and not the most pleasant/or present the best "customer service" over the phone.

The food is DELICIOUS here! I absolutely love it. Their strawberry walnut salad is to die for and they make their dressing from scratch. The service is usually slow at lunch time due to their high demand but it is such a great lunch special. Check it out for yourself.

I eat here a lot and it always shocks me when people say over priced! A salad or soup, drink, lunch pizza, and dessert for under ten dollars????? I can't eat anywhere that's not fast food for that price! And fast food is no less then $7. I'll take Patsy's over McDonald's any day!

Very yummy, but extremely over priced. I would eat there more often, but I don't feel like I'm getting enough for the $$$.

Ok.. so! Pricey for the amount of food you are getting. Yes the food is absolutely awesome! Yes the place is cute! But if you are on a limited budget and you are super hungry I would say Patsys isn't your best bang for your buck.. but man is it a treat! The fruit pizza is probably the most amazing thing this town has to offer! Very refreshing! Her hours are awkward.. I wish they were open at night.. I would love to go there for coffee and a dessert pizza after dinner..
If you are in the Winchester Area I would absolutely plan a visit to Patsys :)

I've heard good and bad about this place, so I have stayed away; until recently when a client of mine wanted to meet there. Wow! Knocked my socks off! Now, don't expect NY pizza - this is special. So are the hours... pay attention to that.

I am from DC and had Patsy's at a conference for work. UNBELIEVABLE! The fruit pizza is literally to die for. All of it was delicious and very well presented. I will be back the next time I am in town for sure!

I am not sure why alot of reviews have pricey when you get a full aize lunch with a drink for less than $8.00. I have used her for events and go there to lunch weekly and it is always good. Service can be slow at times but she is busy!! Can't complain about that!

My wife and her friends go on and on about this place so I figured I'd give it a shot. All I have to say is...AWESOME! The food is so good, I had the steak and cheese and brownie cheesecake. Absolutely Delicious! The waitresses are very pleasant and the place is very clean and nicely decorated. We'll defintely be back.

I go to patsy's for lunch often and have used her pizzas for a couple of parties. I have to say I love her food and have always gotten rave reviews from my guests. I would love to see more locations and I know many share my enthusiasm!

I love Patsy's! I've never had anything I didn't like. All the pizzas are great, even the cold ones which surprised me. I used the veggie and csal for a party and they were great, perfect as appetizers instead of a veggie dip or crackers. Great to be able to get a homecooked meal for only a few dollars more then a hamburger and french fries. Atmosphere is also very nice and staff is always friendly!

I tred the vegetable pzza and thought it was disgusting. Cold vegetables, too much cheese and some kind of heavy cream cheese base. Yuk. dessert pizzas are okay. Overpriced.

Patsy's catered our business lunch a few weeks ago. It was absolutely delicious and her products make it easy to serve large groups. Everyone loved it.

Patsy's is perhaps the most original restaurant in town, and the food is excellent. Since I started eating there, it has ruined me for many of the restaurants I used to like. I like eating food that is homemade, fresh, and different.

food is wonderful but unique so it is not for everyone. There really is something for most people though through a large variety of different types of pizzas. The salads and soups are the best in town. Service is wonderful, can take some time when busy b/c restaurant is small but always very friendly. My friends and I love this place.

I love this place! I only wish they had more locations because sometimes it's so packed you can't get in but when you do it's so worth it. Everything is homemade, the atmosphere is wonderful, staff is very friendly (family run which is neat), and the price is reasonable for the amount of food you get. Definately an asset to the Winchester area.

I have heard a lot about Patsy's and read these reviews so I thought I would have to try it out. I actually got half of the vegetable and half of the csal and a cup of potato soup. It was all WONDERFUL! The vegetable is cold but it is supposed to be, I really enjoyed it. The atmospher is also cute and the staff very friendly. I will definately be back and will be bringing friends with me :)

I have to say I was actually quite disappointed with Patsy's. I ordered a slice of vegetable pizza, which came out as a cold pie crust covered in uncooked vegetables, what tasted like bad alfredo sauce, and mounds of cheddar cheese. The restaurant was cute, but my meal was wholly unappetizing.

I ate at Patsy's for the first time a few weeks ago because numerous people kept recommending it to me. I am SO GLAD I listened to them! An array of items, a fantastic lunch special-regardless of your tastes (even sweet tooths!), Patsy's has something for everyone-and something to keep you coming back! By far one of Winchester's best places to eat and one of those that will become a prime time establishment :) Keep up the great work!

We LOVE Patsy's at work and order it often. Their pizza is fabulous and unique and their salads are great. The only thing keeping them from a 5 rating from me is the price, which is insane, but usually worth it.

This is such a cute place. Very homey and the food is just unbelievable! The staff is very friendly, have a lot going on so they can get pretty busy some times but they're very accomodating and quick. It's become my new favorite place to go for lunch.

The food is very good & homemade. Potato soup is my favorite and the strawberry walnut salad is good year-round. The staff is ok - gets rattled if the small restaurant is full but the food is worth the wait.
