Tonight I experienced the best & worst food service at this Five Guys location. I was craving a bacon cheeseburger with jalapeno's however when I got my burger it had all my toppings except bacon and jalapenos. After taking the burger back up to the front counter, the cashier said that a new one would be made for me. When the correct burger was ready, it was delivered to my table abd the cashier apologized and gave me back the money for the cost of the burger - which was just over 6 bucks including tax. I was amazed that how hard it would be to screw up my order however, I was a happy camper to get a fresh burger, free of charge. Way to go Five Guys for correcting your mistake & taking ownership of the problem. By the way, the burger was AWESOME!

Great burgers but the best part is all of the extra fries you get. By far the best fries in town and the peanuts while you wait is a nice touch

Food is great! Service is excellent! Music way to LOUD and too HARD ROCK. I love HARD ROCK, but not when I'm trying relax and enjoy conversation with friends at my table. It is very hard to carry on a conversation.

Excellent food and excellent service - ALWAYS - we love the food but the music is WAY too loud! It's hard to even carry on a conversation, loud music and loud echo. Turn it down!

How can a Medium Well burger be soooooooo juicy??? I get the little burger, it 's more than enough! Fries are FRESH, and delicious. For a chnge from other fat food burgers that have the taste and texture of a hockey puck,try 5 Guys! And load it with the fixings YOU like for free.
