It is pretty obvious that the competition is scared ..... just look at the negative comments .... be honest, if I don't like a place I just don't go back or I tell management, not get online and whine about it ..... the competition is putting up these posts .... that's sad ..... way to go brick house you got um on the run.

This place is a joke. The sauce has absolutely no flavor. Pizza was burnt on the edges and raw in the middle. The guy on the phone gave me an attitude. You guys need to get your stuff together.

I was shocked when I stumbled across this site and these negative reviews. This place has the BEST pizza around!! Everyone that I have told about this place loves it as well. I will admit that I do not care for the subs, but I am not a sub person as I am not much in to all the bread, but that goes for all sub shops. As far as the staff being rude, I have never had a bad experience there, they are always friendly and courteous. I have never had anything delivered as I live very close to that area so I usually pick up, but most places delivery time is 45 minutes to an hour around here, especially during peak times, so I am surprised people were complaining about that. If you don't want to wait that long, GO GET IT YOURSELF! Duh!

I was fairly excited to try this pizza when I heard about it. And was way disappointed when I tried it. No seasoning, bland, small..there seems to be no way anyone in Winchester can get a pizza right!

I can not say enough bad about this joke of a place. The staff are rude and the only thing half way ok is the pizza. They are way overpriced. I ordered the chicken alfredo on one order and put in down the garbage disposal. They lack management! Not to mention how outragious and rude the delivery people drive. I have almost been hit more than once during their comings and goings from the busy plaza that they are located in. Don't waste your money on this place.

Not bad… better than the big boys like pizza hut and domino's. Better than the Anthony's just up Senseny Road thats for sure. We ate in and had a pretty good pepperoni pie that came in about 10 - 15 minutes. My only ding was with the crust which was a bit bland but was not a show stopper. Will keep getting pies from Brick House Pizzeria. Plus they are really close to the house.

OK, let's give this place a chance to get the kinks worked out. What I do like is that this is a thinner crust pizza close to, but not exactly, like the NY style my family so loves. Staff is friendly, and if you sniff out some coupons you won't break the bank. Once they had a tough time moving food out of the kitchen (48 mins. for a large plain cheese pie) but I trust time will solve this issue. One time the crust seemed to have no salt and was tasteless, but pleasantly chewy. As far as a compairison to Anthony's, mercifully they're NOT Anthony's with their thick doughy crust as dense as a truck tire sending one into a carb-induced coma. We're pulling for you Brick House!

The only thing this place has going for them IS their pizza. It wasn't bad. Expensive, but not bad.
We ordered a few entrees, too. What a joke. They were cold, small portions ( I actually thought they sent us the child's portion by mistake) and the quality of the food was mediocre at best. (Oh and considerably more than your competition.)
My suggestion to this new restaurant would be to order from your competition... Anthony's. They have it right.
Once you realize who your competition is, then beat them or close.

Second time I have ordered from this place. First time was okay, but all the food was cold. This time, my pizza was burnt and cold. The wings are horrible. Takes a long time for delivery - 45 minutes...and they are only about a mile away. And, the price is not worth the food. Won't make it a third time. Too expensive and not satisfactory in the least.

To the reviewers below, the oven is actually nothing like those of Pizza Hut and Dominos. They both use a conveyor oven system. All Brickhouse pizzas are made by hand, spun by hand, and cooked by eye. That is why no 2 pizzas are the same. This isn't a cookie cutter pizza shop. As far as the sauce goes, of course the base comes from a can. This is how all pizza shops work. They add spices and flavors to make it their own, just as another pizza shop would. If you believe your Costco pizza tastes better, keep going to Costco. And the candle smell?? Really?? I don't know about you all, but I will continue to go back to Brickhouse. I love they food and they service is great. Thanks guys!! Keep up the good work!

The Winchester Star should get the facts straight. The pizza oven at this place is nothing more than the oven you get at Pizza Hut. When I walked in the place smelled like an ice cream parlor. It took some time to figure out that they were burning a candle leaving one to wonder what smell were they trying to hide. We had a pizza two subs and a calzone none of which lit the world on fire. The pizza sauce tasted like it was out of a can. The girl waiting on tables was more concerned about her hair than the customers(and did not wash her hands after running her finger through her hair). Truth be told, brick oven pizza this is NOT!! save your money costco is better.

Ordered here last week. Pizza is EXACTLY like Anthony's. Very thin floppy nothing special about it. The philly wasnt too great either. They dont put enough meat in it. Service was okay but I had to get up to get my refill. There are better places in town. Save your cash.

Nothing special here. Ordered an extra pepperoni pizza and they sent one with less than what should be on a regular order, and the pizza is pretty expensive too. Very disappointed.

We ordered pizza, fried mushrooms and jalepeno poppers here last night. We ate in the place. I wasn't to keen on going here, but my boyfriend wanted to try it out. The service was great, food was ok and the atmosphere was just fine. Might be a nice family place, not really for me. The don't serve alcohol either, so for those that enjoy wine or beer with a meal, don't go there.

Took the family to dine-in at the Brickhouse this evening. Ordered mild wings and a meat lovers sicilian. The wings were very dry, not much sauce on them at all, did not like how they serve the ranch and blue cheese (it came in packets instead of a seperate dish for dipping) Temperature was not hot at all, flavor rather boring but maybe i should have ordered the hot. Meat Lovers sicilian did not have alot of meat on it, and it was not cut all the way through making it hard to manage on the tray stand. Tables are small, if you have more than 4 in your party it is very tight. Had to get up and take our cups to the counter to get refills. It was not busy, waitress was standing by the soda maching eating when I went to get refills. Probably won't go back.

I got the White Pizza from Brick House last night. It was great! Just the right amount of cheese, and I was pleasantly surprised when I took a bite and discovered little bits of garlic! Will definitely get their white pizza again.

Purchased side salad - excited lettuce was romaine and the children's spagetti was cooked as kids like, really soft, but the sauce was great and loaded with garlic. We ordered a Sicilian pizza and surprised that we could pick it up in less than 20 minutes because they usually take longer to cook. While the taste was really good, the pizza was warm suggesting the pizza dough was baked before the order and toppings added when we called. We'll definitely try it again though.

Pizza is good. Don't expect them to get your toppings right though, especially if you order the veggie pizza. The cooks haven't figured out what's on the menu yet.
