  any other restaurant certificates, coupons, or promotions.



• No cash value or cash back for WincFood.com gift certificates.



• WincFood.com gift certificates are not valid for take-out orders.



• Neither WincFood.com nor the merchant is responsible for stolen
  or lost certificates.



• WincFood.com gift certificates are not to be re-sold or reproduced.



• WincFood.com gift certificate expires one year from date of issue.



• The gratuity amount and the value of this certificate was chosen
  by the merchant.



• WincFood.com gift certificate value, gratuity, and merchant
  participation are subject to change and are not promised to
  be available at all times.
