The main girl that runs the morning shift is really nice and pleasant. However, the DG has lost all appeal and atmosphere. It doesn't have ANY 'coffee shop charm'. It's always clean, the staff are efficient and nice, and the food and drinks are always excellent. They have frozen drinks at Daily Grind, but Starbucks wasn't the first place to make coffee and many think. This place is pretty good. The y recently updated their menu and have yummy sandwiches. All I can say is thank goodness for Starbucks.
