Papermill Place - Vote 5 - I don't know how anyone can call the food pricey here. It's the cheapest sit down in Winchester next to Waffle house and the food is ten times better. The service is friendly, the food is well cooked. Word of advice, if you don't want greasy, don't order greasy food! Their Turkey platter was fantastic, and their breakfast stuff is wonderful....

Papermill Place - Vote 4 - Food is very good, but it's getting way to pricey. But after reading the comments about smelling like grease, yes my co-workers can also tell me when I have been to PaperMill.

Papermill Place - Vote 4 - I have no idea why anyone would even TRY and give them a bad review here! Food has always been good. Sure the prices did go up a little, but where have they not? Still one of the better values in town.

Papermill Place - Vote 5 - One of the best diners I've been to ever.

Breakfast items and their Vegetable soup my favorites.

Outstanding homestyle food.

A little better than Cracker Barrel, and cheaper too.

I'd make the trip from Martinsburg just to eat there; that's how good it is.

Papermill Place - Vote 5 - Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner. You can go here and get a good meal for a somewhat fair price. One of Winchester's finer diners. Everyone has been here and there is a good reason for that and the cooks out front are really good.
