It's probably the only way they can get food out quick enough though. On the other hand their biscuits are great and their lobster pizza is really good. I was amused that, while being seated, the hostess told us that our 'food specialist' would be with us shortly. When the server came to our table, I asked her if she was our 'food specialist'. She said 'yes'! The poor girl had obviously never been a server before, let alone a 'food specialist'.
