I went with a friend and he ordered coffee. The little cup that had creamer in it had lettuce stuck to the side which he didn't even see until he poured it in his coffee! After giving up on out waiter to come back, I went and took the coffee and creamer to the waitress station and ordered another drink. We got the new drink and then a waitress comes to our table with food...wasn't ours! But she spends the next 5 minutes straightening out tickets between our table and the table next to us. We had 4 different people taking care of us while we were there and I wasn't even sure who to tip. It took longer than it should have for our food and it wasn't really that hot when we got it.
