Even the bathroom was neat and tidy. Just not a good place to spend your hard earned money for a good meal. The food it mediocre, but the service is some of the worst I have ever witnessed. I have been to the Winchester location 3 times. The first time, I was told when the check was brought that the credit card machine was down, and I was forced to walk into walmart to use their atm to get money. (This is something that should have been told to me at the beginning, since very few people pay with cash today). The second time, it took us 35 minutes just to get drinks (and I am talking iced tea and sodas, not alcohol), the food obviously had sat under a heat lamp for a long time as the waitress was talking with her friends at another table. The final (and last time) I will ever go there, the place was half empty, and we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. I think the candle they cook with burned out and we certainly didn't get hydrated while waiting!! I complained and got a $25 gift card. If you have a problem, voice your concern - they will try to make it right and it helps them to know what needs to be changed and improved. Have returned several times since. Service has occasionally been on the slow side but not bad and the food has been very good.
