I don't get to go here very often, but everytime I've gone I've been pleased. They have some authentic dishes you can't get anywhere else in town. My chinese boyfriend likes it, he finds things there he hasn't had in years. Five of us at work ordered items and only four were delivered. The workers argued that everything was delivered even though the price didn't match up. They could not get a new meal to us in time and said they would give us a credit. That also got mixed up and one co-worker ended up with nothing and short 10 bucks. Definately not the best customer service skills and really over priced. The kung pao chicken is bland and has an over-abundance of celery. The lo mein is bland, and the hot and sour soup is over-spiced with black pepper. The fortune cookies were even stale. http://www.wincfood.com/ April 19, 2008 Bamboo Garden - The food was good enough, but way too pricey for the Winchester area. Hunan Express is just as good and half the cost. Help was very friendly; atomosphere kind of cramped.
