I've become a regular and have never been disappointed with anything I've ordered. The staff at first came off like every other in and out Chinese place but now I think quite the opposite. They are extremely friendly and super nice people. Only once was my order wrong, and they freaked out frantically trying to correct it. No questions asked. That's service. The portions with the combination dinners are larger than most take out Chinese restaurants in the area. It's cooked to order, and served piping hot. I've turned co-workers and family on to them as well. We placed a fairly large order today at work for delivery. Of course, we had numerous credit cards and cash that had to pay for each individual order. When we first called, they seemed a little disturbed that we had to do more than one order. The person on the phone was very hard to understand. They were out of one of the orders that we tried to place. We recieved the order in a pretty decent amount of time. As we were sorting out the order, we realized that we had some parts of the order missing (an egg roll and an order of soup). We then called them back to let them know and they argued with us and told us that they did not forget anything, but then proceeded to tell us that they only missed one egg roll and the soup. Well if you know it's only one egg roll and the soup why did you deny it in the first place? We are very busy at work and this was too much hassle to have to deal with just for everyone to get lunch. I don't get to go here very often, but everytime I've gone I've been pleased. They have some authentic dishes you can't get anywhere else in town. My chinese boyfriend likes it, he finds things there he hasn't had in years. Five of us at work ordered items and only four were delivered. The workers argued that everything was delivered even though the price didn't match up. They could not get a new meal to us in time and said they would give us a credit. That also got mixed up and one co-worker ended up with nothing and short 10 bucks. Definately not the best customer service skills and really over priced.
