Mr. Noodle and Rice - Vote 5 - My family and I have eaten there twice in the last month. I am hooked. The Spicy Cowboy sushi was the best sushi I have ever had. The staff was wonderful and the place is very clean. I agree with others that the Pho is lacking but everything else is wonderful. My new favorite place to dine.

Mr. Noodle and Rice - Vote 4 - Finally had a couple of chances to eat here. First time tried the Pho and it was ok. The Pho was a bit bland but hit the spot for my Pho craving. Second visit I had the Bi Bim Bop and was really happy I did. Very tasty dish and pretty much on par with the Korean eateries I visit in the Annandale/Springfield area. My suggestion for eating here are to stick to the Korean/Japanese items on th menu and shy away from the Pho.

Mr. Noodle and Rice - Vote 4 - We were pleasantly surprised at Mr. Noodle. We've been making fun of the name for a while now, and last week when our normal Sushi place in town was closed (not open for weekday lunches), I offered up Mr. Noodle as an alternative. Woah. I regret making fun of the name for so long now.

The sushi tasted pretty dang good. The construction of the sushi wasn't so great though. The taste did make up for the falling apart in the end.

The Shrimp Tempura Udon Noodle soup however was quite great. The seaweed salad was great as well... better than our normal sushi place. The Kimchi was delicious as well! The shumai was average, but the salad (and dressing) in the middle of the shumai dish was excellent too.

We'll definitely be adding this our regular places. Going back today actually! Hope they're not swamped!

Mr. Noodle and Rice - Vote 4 - This is where I do when I have a sushi craving! Its very good, the restaurant is clean, servers are nice, and the fact that it has take out is also a plus. Besides the sushi I have also tried the Pho (decent), avocado salad (Overpriced) the sweet and sour chicken (AWFUL), and the bento box (good). Stick with the sushi.

Mr. Noodle and Rice - Vote 3 - Sushi, and Sweet and Sour were our take out items. The wife enjoyed her CA Roll and Spicy CA Roll, which she liked (and it did look good). I opted for Sweet and Sour, which I hated. Since it was a split, I ranked Mr. Noodle and Rice a 3 out of 5.

Mr. Noodle and Rice - Vote 5 - I've been to this restaruant twice and the food is excellent. I am from California and am used to very authentic asian food. This restaruant hit the mark. My husband, who used to live in Japan while in the military, thought the sushi was excellent. And I thought the fresh flavors and unique dishes were amazing. Also, the miso soup is to die for!! Hands down my favorite restaruant in Winchester by far.

Mr. Noodle and Rice - Vote 3 - Best sushi deal in town for the $. Maguro (tuna) was fresh as could be one night, tasted like yesterday's the next. Dont miss the fatty tuna, and the himachi (yellow tail) was spectacular, creamy and fresh with a butter-like finish, and the portions were impressive.

The pho (pronounced phuh) the traditional Vietnamese beef noodle soup, made with ox tails, was high on the aromatics, but weak on the rich beef flavor that is really the appeal of the dish.

Some of the rolls are the best deal in town. Don't recall the name, but it was a tuna roll with the rice on the outside, drizzled with a smokey mayo-based chile sauce.
