We had been ordering almost every weekend for the past year, but the last two weeks something has happened. A week ago we made an order, and one of the items clearly marked on the recipe, was not delivered. Accidents happen. The driver was nice, and went back and got the item. Today, we once again placed an order and there was an item missing and it was not on the recipe. I was a bit angry about this, so gave then them a call. The girl on the telephone said she even remembers hitting the button on the computer, and that she was very sorry and would send us one out free, right away. The Driver wasnt sure that it was free, and called back to the restaurant, and apparently they decided that we were to be charged, even after we were told that we would'nt be. Anthony's has lost a customer.
